No. What you see on our website is what we charge. Note that the fees might be subject to the Sales & Services Tax.
Advertising fees are paid upfront after a free consultation and upon confirmation to instruct us to advertise your property for sale. For letting, the fees will only be paid upon let. You may pay the fees via bank transfer, cheque or by cash. You may also opt to pay the fees installment.
We’ll try to arrange the visit within 48 hours, or whenever possible. This is to ensure we keep the listings quality on PropSell and to ensure there is no fake listing.
PropSell is an end-to-end E-Property platform, you can conduct viewing yourself with the base advertising package of RM999. However, in case you’re not available, for an additional of RM399 our Property Services Experts will provide runner services and handle unlimited viewings for you!
Yes, you can. Just use the group chat to inform the buyer and the expert that you’re unavailable, and discuss new viewing dates with them.
